Pretty cool, huh? It shows She-Hulk beset by an army of Skrull Madroxes! Teh Awesome!

At the Wizardworld convention in Los Angeles last weekend, Peter David revealed that there will be a cross-over between X-Factor and She-Hulk. She-Hulk #31 will be the second of the three issue cross-over, with X-Factor #33 and #34 being the first and third. So that's a good news/bad news announcement, I suppose. I'm happy that She-Hulk will still be published half a year from now, but not thrilled that Peter David will still be writing it.
I sense some desperation in this cross-over. X-Factor sells well, while She-Hulk's numbers are in a downward spiral. Cross-overs are an old tactic for boosting sales in an underperforming comic. It's a little unusual, however, for a cross-over to be conducted between two books written by the same guy. Given Peter David's lack of attention toward other creators' storylines - the opposite of Dan Slott's careful attention to continuity - I suppose it's only natural that he would try to fix this himself rather than look to a book written by another creator.
Not that he's admitting it. Here's an excerpt from the interview:
